Excellent breakfast variety.
My recent experience at this hotel was utterly disappointing. I arrived hoping for a smoother check-in, but I was left in the lobby waiting for over an hour without any updates while multiple guests came and went. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in the room was locked and inadequate, leaving me sweltering at night and stealing my much-needed rest. This is not the service or comfort I expected based on my previous visits.

I stayed here for two nights and loved how walkable the area is, with beautiful Prinz-Emil-Garten just over 2 km away and the fascinating Kunsthalle Darmstadt only about 1.5 km from the hotel, making it easy to explore on foot. this is perfect for anyone who enjoys taking in the sights of a city while strolling through charming parks and vibrant streets.
